I agree to use the Extend-NMR software suite and the component programs that make up the suite under the following requirements and conditions:

  1. I have been authorized by the head of my laboratory to sign this agreement on his and my own behalf, and have provided his name and contact details alongside my own.
  2. The program(s) shall be used for scientific purposes only, excluding all industrial or commercial purposes.
  3. The programs shall not be made available to users outside the recipient's laboratory, unless written consent is obtained.
  4. All users to which the programs are made available must agree to be bound by the present license agreement.
  5. All users agree to acquire a valid license for the program CNS before installing the Extend-NMR software suite or any component programs that are linked to CNS.
  6. I and the head of my laboratory agree to be registered as a program users with the authors of the component programs as required - the registration will take place automatically as part of the download authorization procedure. Where appropriate user IDs and passwords will be sent to you.
  7. All users will provide the relevant program authors with feedback on the use of the constituent programs. Any bug reports and technical questions shall be sent to:

The programs are provided 'as is' and are without warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or a warranty of non-infringement. The authors will not be held liable for any use you make of the software.
  10. The program PRODECOMP, that forms part of the Extend-NMR suite, is released under the GNU-GPL license. Nothing in the present license agreement shall have the effect of modifying the rights to PRODECOMP-specific code conferred according to the GNU-GPL license.
  11. Parts of the code included in this release are covered by the GNU-LGPL license, as marked in the individual source code files. Nothing in the present license agreement shall have the effect of modifying the rights to such code conferred on these files according to the GNU-LGPL license.
