Introduction
Introduction to the CcpNmr FormatConverter
CcpNmr FormatConverter
is a menu-driven program to import and export sequences, peak lists, chemical shift lists and constraint lists between formats. It can read in entire projects or fragments of them, and can link the ‘Resonances’ created in the data model during import to atoms.
For mor information on the setup and the formats the program can handle, see the FormatConverter pages at the MSD.
The CcpNmr FormatConverter can also read in, set up, and start processing NMR spectra in the Data Model:
- Setting up the necessary records in the data model.
- Reading spectrum parameters from Bruker and Varian parameter files.
- Consistency checking and editing of the information.
- Writing processing scripts, currently for NMRPipe and Azara.
- Extra features like program-specific information (e.g. NMRPipe axis labels), handling of multiple references for one axis (e.g. for combined C/N HSQC-NOESY), ..
