General information

Bruker Biospin is the leading European manufacturer of NMR spectrometers and known for many innovative developments in hardware and software. Hardware developments range from high field spectrometers (up to 950Mhz), high throughput techniques, ultrashielded magnets to cryoprobes. The software covers all relevant aspects from firmware on the spectrometer and applications software for data acquisition, data processing and data analysis.

Bruker is involved in the Extend-NMR project for the following reasons:
- contribute own developments, e.g. new NMR experiments and protein assignment software to achieve the project goal
- cooperate with other project partners to make their developments available to the NMR community by providing them on spectrometers and workstations. Examples are fast acquisition methods and their processing, protein structure determination methods.
