General information
Biophysics Group at the Chemistry Department of Göteborg University, Martin Billeter: Research activities include the interpretation
of high-dimensional (≥5 dimensions) NMR spectra with coupled evolution
periods ("projections"), the automation of resonance assignments in
various situations (using high-dimensional peak lists, or for drug discovery
purposes), and the combination of NMR and computational dynamics
studies to elucidate molecular binding, recognition and signal
propagation.
Swedish NMR Centre at Göteborg University, Vladislav Orekhov: developing new experimental and signal processing methodology (non-linear sampling) for increasing resolution and sensitivity in NMR spectra; developing fast spectroscopy and automation of the analysis for structural genomics; studies of macromolecular structure, dynamics, and interactions.
